From Beginning to End Foods, Inc. was founded by Executive Chef Jay Strom who has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry with a passion for flavor. He has created a line of spice blends and sauces which enhance and compliment the flavors of the foods they are added to, as well as carry an ever varying line of gourmet spices to help you to compliment any meal.

 

Chef Jay was trained at Florida Culinary Institute in West Palm Beach, Florida. He has worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years and has experience in every type and style of cuisine from classic French to the more exotic Asian and Indian. He has a passion for flavor and originality continually developing new recipes and flavor combinations.

 

On a more personal note, he has lost over 80 pounds through the use of spices and herbs to enhance the flavors of foods which, though more healthy have a tendency to be bland or flavorless.
